One of the main advantages of parboiled rice is that it gives you the possibility of cooking a large quantity. Then you can place it in the refrigerator, and consume it gradually with different ingredients in order to make fresh salads within a few minutes… when you arrive home from work, from the swimming pool, from the beach. You choose the ingredients and the appropriate time. We provide you with the rice.

Some ingredients to make rice salads:

- Boiled and cold parboiled rice. 1 grated carrot, 1 diced tomato, sliced read leaf lettuce, sliced boiled egg, sliced onion, salt, oil and vinegar or other dressing.

- Boiled and cold parboiled rice. 1 boiled and diced beetroot, 1 diced apple, 2 sliced boiled eggs. Add salt and pepper and any other dressing (mayonnaise is perfect for this salad).

- Boiled and cold parboiled rice. A can of tuna, sliced boiled egg, sliced red onion or sliced green onion. Mix and add salt and pepper to taste.

- Boiled and cold parboiled rice. 100 g diced ham, 100 g diced cheese, 50 g olives, 1 small diced tomato. Dress with mayonnaise diluted with cream or milk.

- Boiled and cold parboiled rice. 1 small avocado, 6 or 7 big mushrooms, 1 green onion, 1 tomato. Slice all the ingredients and add 2 spns of mustard, 1 glass of vinegar, 1 glass of olive oil and sliced parsley.

- Boiled and cold parboiled rice. 1 cup of peeled prawn, 2 small avocados, ½ fresh diced pineapple, juice of two lemons and yoghurt.

- Boiled and cold parboiled rice. ½ can of palm hearts, 1 can of peeled prawn and 3 or 4 kanikamas. Add salt and pepper and dress with fry sauce.

- Boiled and cold parboiled rice. Diced grilled chicken, kernel corn, dices of cheese, sliced boiled egg. Mix carefully and add salt and pepper. Dress with mustard, honey, olive oil and vinegar sauce.
